Final Step: Advisors Assistant Configuration Change

The following change only needs to be made once in Advisors Assistant by a user with Advisors Assistant administration privileges. For the changes to take effect for all users, each user will need to log out and log back in to Advisors Assistant. This change can be performed as soon as the notification is received that the migration of your documents to the new platform is complete.

1.      From the Advisors Assistant menu, select Admin, System Preferences

2.       Select the Document Storage tab.

NOTE: If you do not see the  Document Storage tab, you need to update your Advisors Assistant Station software using the instructions above.
3.       Provide your ReadyDoc Client ID and copy and paste the ReadyDoc Service URL and ReadyDoc API URL values shown below:
            ReadyDoc Client URL: https://app.readydoc.com
            ReadyDoc API URL: https://apiv2.readydoc.com/API

4.       Click OK to save these values. If any users are logged in to Advisors Assistant at the time of this change, they will need to log out of Advisors Assistant and log back in for the change to apply to them. At this point all valid ReadyDoc users should be able to view documents from ReadyDoc through Advisors Assistant.
