Following are instructions for checking and adjusting Cookie Preferences in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Other browsers have similar Cookie Settings options. These adjustments are necessary if ReadyDoc is prompting for a login each time a document is viewed, or when launching Capture, instead of only prompting for login after a period of inactivity.

Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner as shown below, then click Settings.

After clicking Settings, enter "cookies" in the search window. Then from the search results click the "Cookies and other site data" option.

On the next screen scroll down and click the "Add" button as shown below

Finally, enter "app.readydoc.com" in the Add a site dialog box then click the Add button.

Open Edge and click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner as shown below, then click Settings.

After clicking Settings, click "Manage and delete cookies and site data"

On the next screen scroll down and click the "Add" button as shown below:

Finally, enter "app.readydoc.com" in the "Add a Site" dialog box then click the Add button.
